dc.description.abstract | In the college world, a student has various facilities and infrastructure that can be
utilized for self-development. For students, student organizations are one of the
quite familiar means. The Sharia Economic Student Activity Unit (UKM) KSEI
FoSEI USU is one of the student organizations that has been established since 2013
and is now known as an organization that produces outstanding and competent
Muslim cadres. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of Leadership
Style, Organizational Culture, and Achievement Motivation on the Job Satisfaction
of the Sharia Economic Student Activity Unit KSEI FoSEI USU’s Member for the
2023-2024 period. The population of this study is students registered as Member of
KSEI FoSEI USU for the 2023-2024 period. The sample size in this study is 58,
which was taken using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method. The
analysis method used are descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear
regression analysis. The type of research used in this study is associative research
with a quantitative method approach, and the data used are primary and secondary
data obtained through documentation studies and statement lists measured using a
Likert scale. The data were statistically processed using the SPSS for Windows
application, including the t-test model, f-test, and coefficient of determination (R2).
The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, Leadership Style,
Organizational Culture, and Achievement Motivation have a significant effect on
Job Satisfaction. Partially, Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on
job satisfaction, Organizational Culture has a positive but not significant effect, and
Achievement Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. | en_US |
