Analisis Pengaruh Internet Banking, Mobile Banking dan Non Interest Income terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2018-2023

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of internet banking, mobile banking and non-interest income on the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2023. The data in this research was obtained by downloading the company's financial reports, annual reports and sustainability reports via the company's official website so this research uses secondary data. The sample in this research was 5 companies. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis of panel data and is processed using Eviews 12 software. The results of this research simultaneously show that internet banking, mobile banking and non-interest income simultaneously have a significant effect on return on assets (ROA). Partially, internet banking has a positive and significant effect on return on assets (ROA), mobile banking has a negative and insignificant effect on return on assets (ROA) and non-interest income has a positive and significant effect on return on assets (ROA).
