Analisis Pengaruh Fund Cash Flow, Fund Size, Fund Age, Market Timing Ability dan Turnover Ratio terhadap Kinerja Reksa Dana Saham yang Terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Periode 2018-2022

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of fund cash flow, fund size, fund age, market timing ability and turnover ratio on the performance of equity mutual funds listed in the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan for the period 2018-2022. The data in this study were obtained by downloading prospectus reports and NAV of equity mutual funds obtained from the official website of the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), Bareksa and related investment manager websites, so this study uses secondary data. The sample in this study was 23 equity mutual fund products. The results of this study indicate that fund cash flow, market timing ability and turnover ratio have a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of stock mutual funds listed on Otoritas Jasa Keuangan for the 2018-2022 period, fund age has a positive and significant effect on the performance of stock mutual funds listed on the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan for the 2018-2022 period, while fund size has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of stock mutual funds listed on Otoritas Jasa Keuangan for the 2018-2022 period. Fund cash flow, fund size, fund age, market timing ability and turnover ratio simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of stock mutual funds listed on Otoritas Jasa Keuangan for the 2018-2022 period.
