Analisis Green Banking, Rasio Kecukupan Modal, Pengendalian Keuangan, Kinerja Keuangan dan Alokasi Dana Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Kasus pada Perusahaan Perbankan yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2019-2023)

Abstract

Company value is the result of investors' perceptions of company performance, which is determined by the value of the company's share price. The value of the company is significant for the banking industry because most of the company's assets and liabilities are constantly measured at the market level. This research aims to determine analysis of Green Banking, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financial Control (CR), Financial Performance (ROA) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on company value. The research population was 42 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method with a total research sample of 23 samples. The data used in this research uses secondary data obtained from audited company financial reports. The data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS software. The research results show that the Green Banking and Corporate Social Responsibility variables do not affect company value. The research results showed that capital adequacy ratio, financial control and financial performance had a significant effect on company value.
