Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the work environment, organizational culture and competency simultaneously influence the performance of marketers, to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment on the performance of marketers, to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of marketers and to determine and analyze the influence of competence on the performance of marketers at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Medan Regional Office. The population in this study were 40 marketing employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Medan Regional Office. The sample in the research was 40 marketing employees which was carried out using a saturated sample. The data collection technique used in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test) and coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence of the work environment, organizational culture and competence simultaneously on the performance of marketers, there is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on the performance of marketers, there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on the performance of marketers and there is a positive influence and significant competency on the performance of PT's marketing staff. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Medan Regional Office.
