dc.description.abstract | This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the Price Book Value (PBV) of palm oil companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2019-2022 period. The main focus of this research is to examine the influence of Leverage, Profitability, Liquidity and Operating Cash Flow on PBV. This research uses a quantitative approach with numerical data analyzed statistically, and an associative approach to analyze the cause-and-effect relationship between these variables. The research method used is multiple regression analysis to determine the influence of each independent variable on PBV. The research results show that partially, Leverage and Operating Cash Flow do not have a significant effect on PBV, with respective significance values of 0.198 and 0.780, which are greater than 0.05. On the other hand, Profitability and Liquidity have a positive and significant influence on PBV, with significance values of 0.001 and 0.000 respectively, which are smaller than 0.05. In addition, the F test shows that simultaneously, the independent variables have a positive and significant effect on PBV, with a significance value of 0.000. These findings suggest that investors and company managers should consider Profitability and Liquidity as key factors in determining company value, while Leverage and Operating Cash Flow may be less relevant in this context. This research contributes to the understanding of the factors influencing PBV and offers practical insights for investment decision making | en_US |
