Pengaruh Penerapan Prinsip Syariah dan Servicescape Terhadap Minat Pengunjung Hotel (Studi Kasus Hotel Madani Medan)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the implementation of Sharia principles and servicescape on tourist interest at Hotel Madani Medan. It is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The population of the research consists of tourists who have stayed at Hotel Madani Medan. The results show that, simultaneously, the implementation of Sharia principles and servicescape have a significant influence on tourist interest at Hotel Madani Medan. Partially, the implementation of Sharia principles has a positive and significant influence on tourist interest, as does the servicescape, which also has a positive and significant effect on tourist interest. The analysis of the coefficient of determination yielded an Adjusted R Square value of 0.445, which means that 44.5% of the variability in tourist interest can be explained by the variables of the implementation of Sharia principles and servicescape, while the remaining 55.5% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.
