dc.description.abstractThe problem in this research is the author's finding that many of the financial behavior of generation Z in the city of Medan do not manage their finances and always feel lacking. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of education level, lifestyle, financial attitudes and financial literacy on the financial behavior of generation Z in Medan City. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The sample of this research was 384 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. Results and conclusions in this research: Education level have a positive and significant effect on financial behavior in generation z in Medan City. Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior in generation z in Medan City. Financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on financial behavior in generation z in Medan City. Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior in generation z in Medan City.en_US
