dc.description.abstractOver the past few years and the next few years, the workforce will be dominated by Generation Z employees. The increasing population of Generation Z in the world of work at this time and in the future is something that needs to be considered by companies. This is because Generation Z has its own characteristics, one of which is very concerned about its own welfare. One of the factors that can affect employee well-being is the perceived organizational support. The measuring instrument used to measure perceived organizational support is the Perceived Organizational Support scale adapted by Usada (2021) based on Eisenberger et al. (1986) which consists of 8 items, while the measuring instrument used to measure employee well-being is the Employee Well-Being Scale adapted by Rahmi et al. (2021) based on Zheng et al. (2015) which consists of 18 items. The data obtained were processed using simple linear regression analysis techniques. Through this study, it was found that perceived organizational support positively affects employee well-being with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 1.109 and a coefficient of determination of 0.358 or 35.8% with the remaining 64.2% influenced by other factors not examined in this study.en_US
