dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the impact of transformational leadership towards innovative work behavior with psychological empowerment as a mediator. The research methode used in this study is a quantitative method with a snowball sampling technique of sampling. The sampe in this study found 94 people. Data was collected usinga Likert Scale consisting of a transformational leadership scale, innovative work behavior scale, and psychological empowerment scale. The results of the study showed that: 1). Transformational leadership doesn’t has a positive and significant effect of innovative work behavior (t = .833, sig. = .249 > .05); 2) Transformational leadership has a positive effect on psychological empowerment (t = 2.598 ; sig. = .01 < 0,05), 3) Psychological empowerment has a positive effect on innovative work behavior (t = 3.252 ; nilai sig. = .002 < .05); 4) Psychological empowerment can acts as a mediator in the effect of transformational leadership towards innovative work behavior with the value of coefficient of mediation .086 is higher than the value of the coefficient of direct influence which is state to be .084. With that, the mediation variable is proven to be mediated completely.en_US
