dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the influence of work motivation on the work productivity of generation Z who work as freelancers. The subject of this study is 141 freelance people who belong to generation Z. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The measuring tool used in this study is a work productivity scale modified from a scale based on Sedarmayanti (2009) and the work motivation scale adapted from The Multidimensional Work Motivation Scale (MWMS) adapted from Gagné et., al (2015). The data were statistically analyzed using simple regression analysis. The results of statistical analysis showed that there was a positive influ ence of work motivation on work productivity in Generation Z who worked as freelancers. This shows that the higher the work motivation, the higher the work productivity in Generation Z who work as a freelancer.en_US
