dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of Product Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction of Telkomsel Prepaid Cards in Bagan Baru Village, Nibung Hangus District. This is an associative study using quantitative data collected through surveys conducted with Telkomsel Prepaid Card customers in Bagan Baru Village during the research period. The analysis methods employed are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The population for this research consists of Telkomsel Prepaid Card customers in Bagan Baru Village, with a sample size of 91 individuals selected using purposive sampling. The results indicate that, collectively, Product Quality and Price have a positive and significant impact on Customer Satisfaction. The findings also show that both Product Quality and Price independently have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.en_US
