    Abstract
    This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of Total Quality Management, Management Accounting Information Systems, Reward Systems, and Work Motivation in influencing managerial performance in hotel companies in Medan City. This research approach uses quantitative descriptive methods, the total research sample is 60 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The data used in this research uses primary data, namely a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The research results show that partially total quality management (X1), management accounting information system (X2), reward system (X3) and work motivation (X4) influence managerial performance (Y) with a significance of <0.05. Simultaneously total quality management (X1), management accounting information system (X2), reward system (X3) and work motivation (X4) influence managerial performance (Y) with Fcount 6.448 > Ftable 2.54 and significant 0.000 <0.05. And the R Square value is 0.619. This means that the total ability of quality management (X1), management accounting information system (X2), reward system (X3) and work motivation (X4) in explaining managerial performance is 61.9% while 38.1% is explained by other existing factors. outside the model and could not be detected in this study.
