Objective: Determining the ABO blood group relationship in lacunar infarction ischemic stroke patients with non-contrast head CT scan images at H Adam Malik Hospital in 2022 Methods: Descriptive, retrospective research, with a case series design, where cases are all stroke patients who underwent non-contrast head CT scans at H Adam Malik Hospital Medan from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. Data taken in the form of patients with the results of lacunar infarction and non-lacunar infarction will be seen blood type. Results: Of the 172 patients studied, where it was found that the percentage of lacunar stroke patients with blood type O was lower than the non-lacunar group (74/86; 86.04%) (85/86; 98.84%) than in the non-lacunar stroke group, none of the subjects had blood type A. Statistical analysis was limited between blood type O and Non-O, only 1 patient with non-O blood type had a non-lacunar stroke. Statistical analysis is limited between blood type A and non-A, it is obtained that none of the patients with blood type A are likely to suffer a non-lacunar stroke. Conclusion: Ischemic stroke with lacunar had more blood type A, while ischemic stroke without lacunar had more blood type O.en_US
