    Abstract
    One of the roles of human resource management is supporting organizational success in the operational implementation for achieving the targeted goal. The objective of the research is to find out the effect of professional competency and physical work environment on elementary school teachers' performance with organizational citizenship behavior as intervening variable at the Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Haji Masri Darul Ilmi Murni. The population consists of 63 teachers, and all of them are used as the samples, taken using a saturated sampling technique. The data are collected by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews and analyzed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) and Partial Least Square (PLS) Based-Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of the research suggests that professional competency has a positive and significant effect on the respondents' performance, physical work environment has a positive but insignificant efject on the respondents' performance, professional competency has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on the respondents performance. Professional competency has a positive and significant effect on the respondents' performance through organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable, and physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on the respondents' performance through organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable at Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Haji Masri Darul Ilmi Murni.
