There is a cycle of ups and downs in the number of consumers every year. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality, price and location on consumer loyalty at Pondok Bakso Dian Panca. This research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The population in this research is consumers of Pondok Bakso Dian Panca. The sampling technique uses the hair formula, namely 24 questionnaires multiplied by 5 to obtain a sample size of 120 customers. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that service quality, price and location simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer loyalty at Pondok Bakso Dian Panca. Meanwhile, partially, service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty at Pondok Bakso Dian Panca, price has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty at Pondok Bakso Dian Panca, and location has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty at Pondok Bakso Dian Panca.
