Introduction. aSAH is a disease with a high mortality rate of about 22-26%. Most literature only focuses on assessing the MFV of the MCA, which is > 120 cm/sec with a lindeguaard ratio of 3. Method. This study used an observational analytic method to determine the correlation between mean arterial flow velocity (MFV) and the outcome of Subarachnoid Hemorrhage (aSAH) aneurysm patients after aneurymal clipping. minimum sample required in this study was 15. Result. MFV of MCA in patients with normal post clipping aneurysm (<120 cm/s) is 75.66 cm/s with a normal Lindegaard ratio (<3.00) of 2.23. The mean MFV of ICA, ACA and extracranial ICA were 58.68, 53.92, and 35.31 cm/s. there is a significant correlation between MFV MCA, ACA, ICA, and Lindegard ratio with MRS scores with a positive correlation direction. significant correlation was found between MFV MCA and Lindegaard ratio with WFNS score. significant correlation was also found between MFV MCA, ACA, ICA, and Lindegaard ratio with modified Fisher grading. Discussion. The clinical implication is that patients who present with severe disability will be discharged with the same degree of morbidity Conclusion. There is a significant correlation with a positive direction between MFV values (MCA, ICA, ACA and Lindegaard ratio) with modified Fisher scores in SAH aneurysm patients after clipping.en_US
