dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of doodling in reducing stress levels in resident at the Pemulihan Kasiih Bangsa Foundation. Respondents in this study consisted of 10 residents of the Pemulihan Kasih Bangsa Foundation. The measuring instrument used is the Perceived Stress Questionnaire consisting of 30 items, which has been adapted into Indonesian version. The method in this study is a quasi-experimental method with a one group pretest posttest design. This study was conducted for 3 meetings by giving treatment in the form of doodling. The data obtained will be processed using the paired sample t test. Based on the results of the study, the significant value obtained is 0.001 (<0.05) with an effect size of 0.73 which is classified as a moderate effect. The results of the study prove that doodling is effective in reducing stress levels in residents at the Pemulihan Kasih Bangsa Foundation.en_US
