dc.description.abstract | This study aims to examine the role of teacher efficacy on work performance among teachers at SLB-E Negeri Pembina Medan. Work performance in teachers is influenced by both external and internal factors, one of which is teacher efficacy. In this study, a total of 73 teachers from SLB were selected as respondents. The instruments used include a teacher efficacy scale modified by Sinuraya, A.B. (2024) consisting of 23 items, and the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ) adapted by Widyastuti and Hidayat (2018), based on Koopmans (2014). The data collected were analyzed using Jeffrey’s Amazing Statistic Program (JASP) version 19. After conducting hypothesis testing, the results indicated a p-value of 0.001, which suggests a significant role of teacher efficacy in work performance among teachers at SLB-E Negeri Pembina Medan. Additionally, based on the results from the R² table, it was found that teacher efficacy could predict 14.4% of the variance in work performance among teachers at SLB-E Negeri Pembina Medan.. | en_US |
