dc.description.abstractThis research aims to determine the role of social support on teacher efficacy at SLB-E Negeri Pembina Medan. It is believed that the social support that teachers receive from the work environment, family and community can increase teachers' confidence in carrying out their teaching duties. This research used a quantitative approach with 73 teachers as respondents. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale based on teacher efficacy theory by Beckham Sinuraya, A. (2024) which consists of 23 items and also the social support theory constructed by researchers based on aspects from Sarason (1993). The data obtained was then processed using the Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics program version 19 application. The p-alue result was 0.001, which states that there is a role of social support on teacher efficacy for SLB-E teachers in Pembina Medan.en_US
