dc.description.abstract | Bank Sumut is a Regional-Owned Enterprise (BUMD) of North Sumatra that serves as a flagship bank to assist and drive economic growth and regional development in all sectors, as well as a source of regional income to improve people's living standards. To achieve these goals, quality and potential human resources (HR) are needed. This study aims to determine the influence of Work Environment, Work Stress, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Bank Sumut Iskandar Muda Branch. The research method is descriptive, and the type of data used is quantitative. The population in this study consists of all employees at Bank Sumut Iskandar Muda Branch, totaling 30 individuals, where the entire population was used as the sample. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Data were processed statistically using SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of the study at a significance level of α = 5% (0.05) show the t-test results as follows: (1) Work Environment has a positive but not significant influence on Employee Performance. (2) Work Stress has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. (3) Work Discipline has a positive but not significant influence on Employee Performance. The F-test results show that Work Environment, Work Stress, and Work Discipline together have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at Bank Sumut Iskandar Muda Branch. The conclusion of this study is that the most dominant variable influencing Employee Performance at Bank Sumut Iskandar Muda Branch is Work Stress, followed by Work Environment and Work Discipline. | en_US |
