dc.description.abstractThis research aims to describe the idea of positive parenting among mothers who have a young children. This research uses positive parenting theory by Rodrigo, Bryne & Rodriguez (2014). This research involved research subjects totaling 230 of mothers who had a young children. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method with data collection methods using the positive parenting scale from Rodrigo, Bryne & Rodriguez (2014) which is prepared in the form of a Likert Scale based on psychological aspects of the positive parenting model and consists of 29 items. The data obtained was then processed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. Based on the research results, it was found that 98.7% of mothers with young children had a level of positive parenting in the high category, followed by 0.9% in the medium category and 0.4% in the low category.en_US
