dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of career planning training in enhancing career maturity in grade XI students at SMA X. The study involved a total of 18 subjects. The method used in this research was quasi-experimental with data collection using a Likert scale, specifically the career maturity scale adapted by the research team from the Faculty of Psychology, USU, based on Savickas, consisting of 27 items. The data obtained were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Based on the hypothesis test results using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, a significance level of 0.11 (p > 0.05) was found. The research findings indicate that career planning training was not effective in enhancing career maturity in grade XI students at SMA X..en_US
