This research aims to examine and analyze the effects of job training, career path certainty and compensation on the loyalty of contract employees at PT Abad Jaya Aceh. The research population consists of all employees of PT Abad Jaya Group Aceh, including both contract and permanent employees, totaling 124 employees. The research samples are made up of 94 employees and 30 of them are used for validity testing. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as analysis technique. The research results indicate that partially job training affects employee loyalty with t count of 2.421 > t table 1.986, certainty of career path affects employee loyalty with t count of2.248 > t table 1.986, and compensation affects employee loyalty with t count of 3.011 > t table 1.986. Furthermore, simultaneously organizational culture, organizational commitment and leadership affect organizational citizenship behavior with F count of 34.164 > F table 2.71. To enhance the loyalty of contract employees, PT Abad Jaya Group Aceh can offer compensation, as it is the most significant factor for field officers working late hours. Additionally, providing opportunities for these employees to advance to permanent positions within the company can further boost their loyalty.
