    Abstract
    This research aims to compare the caplial structure determinants of Lippe Group and Batrie Group both of which are listed on Joukomenta Stock Exchange using partial adjustment model approach. The capital structure (leverage) measured by profitability. Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), serves as atze earnings volatility opportunities are the rulependent variables. the dependent variable, while asser angibilin and growth The Lippo Group comprises 12 companies, and the Bakrie Group comprises 9 companies. The sample of this research includes all companies from both g Based on the Irukomesha Stock Exchange, totaling 21 componies The st processed using panel data regression supported by the partial adjustment model approach The remix of T-sust at Lippo Group show that lag leverage has positive and bastignificant effects on leverage. Profitabilly, earnings volatility, and asser tangibility have positive and significant effects on leverage contrast, effects on leverage and growth respectively In of cyportunity ancle have pasithe and insigreiflcont Furthermore, the Test results has positive of the Bakrie Bakrie Group show that lag leverage and insignificant effects on Irveruge Prafisability firm size and earnings volatility have pestive and insignificant effecu on leverage, respect Conversely, annet tangibility and growth opportunities vetive Insignificant effects on leverage.
