    Abstract
    Work Performance of Operator that is calculated in the Electronic Performance Management (MKE) Application experiences a decline in 2013 to 2015. The result of the pre-survey Leadership Style of General Managers of PT Pelindo I BICT Branch show that most employees of 78% have a transactional leadership style. The discrepancy between attendance according to the Operator and attendance according to MKE affects the amount of Operator Compensation. This condition is related to motivation, namely the motivation of operators who come late and leave earlier than their working hours. The objective of this research is to determine and analyze the effects of Transactional Leadership Style, Compensation and Motivation on Work Performance. This is a quantitative descriptive research type with nature of explanatory research. The population is 77 employees and the samples are the entire population that would be observed (census research). Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that the Transactional Leadership Style partially has a positive and insignificant effect on work performance. However, Compensation and Work Motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on Job Performance, Simultaneously Transactional Leadership Style, Compensation, and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Job Performance.
