dc.description.abstractGeneration Z is a new generation that is starting to dominate the world of work, especially companies. Companies need employees who are attached to the company, to be able to achieve the expected performance and goals. Some of the factors that influence employee engagement are work-life balance and perceived organizational support. This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and perceived organizational support on employee engagement, either simultaneously or partially. The method used in this research is quantitative method with incidental sampling technique, with a total sample size of 200 people. Data were collected using a Likert scale consisting of an employee engagement scale, a work-life balance scale, and a perception of organizational support scale. Hypothesis testing using linear multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) work-life balance has no effect on employee engagement (sig. 0.389 > 0.05 and t value < t table (-0.863 < 1.652)). (2) Perceived organizational support affects employee engagement (sig 0.08 < 0.05 and t value > t table 2.676 > 1.972)). (3) Work-life balance and perceived organizational support simultaneously have an influence on employee engagement.en_US
