This study aims to analyze the factors shaping the school climate that affect students' self-efficacy in Indonesia based on the PISA 2018 dataset. A quantitative research methods use data sourced from 2018 PISA data and have been sampled by PISA using stratified proportional random sampling technique, involving 12,098 junior and senior high school students in Indonesia. Data were collected through the Student Questionnaire and School Questionnaire designed by PISA. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results showed that bullying (significance 0.114) and disciplinary climate (significance 0.222) did not have a significant role in students' self-efficacy. Conversely, teachers' support and teaching practices (significance 0.000), teacher enthusiasm (significance 0.000), student cooperation and competition (significance 0.000), and sense of belonging at school (significance 0.000) had significant roles in students' self-efficacy. Overall, the school climate had a significant impact on students' self-efficacy, with an adjusted R Square value of 0.156, indicating that the independent variables explain 15.6% of the dependent variable.en_US
