The Effect of The Reward System Effectiveness on The Work Morale of The Election Committee in Deli Serdang Regency
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the reward system effectiveness on the work morale of the Election Committee in Deli Serdang Regency. The subjects of this study were 310 members of the Election Committee of Deli Serdang Regency. This research employs a quantitative method, using a Likert scale for data collection, specifically a reward system effectiveness scale and a work morale scale. The analysis method used in this study is simple linear regression analysis, and the results show that: (1) The reward system has a positive effect on the work morale of the Election Committee of Deli Serdang Regency. (2) The reward system contributes 11.2% to the work morale of the Election Committee of Deli Serdang Regency. This study reveals that the reward system influences work morale
