dc.description.abstract | This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price, and facilities on customer satisfaction on the Trans Metro Deli Bus Route from Merdeka Field to Tuntungan. This research is of an associative type with a quantitative approach. The data used in this research are primary data in the form of questionnaires with a sample of 61 passengers of the Trans Metro Deli Bus Route from Merdeka Field to Tuntungan. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction on the Trans Metro Deli Bus Route from Merdeka Field to Tuntungan. Price has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction on the Trans Metro Deli Bus Route from Merdeka Field to Tuntungan. Facilities have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction on the Trans Metro Deli Bus Route from Merdeka Field to Tuntungan. Service quality, price, and facilities have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction on the Trans Metro Deli Bus Route from Merdeka Field to Tuntungan. | en_US |
