Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus dan Sisa Lebih Pembiayaan Anggaran (Silpa) terhadap Belanja Modal di Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Sumatera Utara Periode 2017-2021

Abstract

The purpose of this research to know the effect of economic growth, locally generated revenue, genaral allocation fund, specific allocation fund and unspent funds at end year to partial and simultaneous way to capital expenditure in regency/city of North Sumatera Province on 2017-2021. The method of this research is quantitative of descriptive, the data analysis by using multiple linear regression, and the samples by 33 regency/city and totally are 165 data analysis. The kind of data is secondary data from BPS of North Sumatera and Region Secretary of North Sumatera Province. The data processing based on capital expenditure report and other data in related variables of research on every regency/city of North Sumatera Province. The firstly tested of data with the assumption test before the hypothesis test, which are multiple linear regression, partial test and simultaneous test. The result of the t-test show that, H1 is accepted, it’s mean partially economic growth is effect to capital expenditure, H2 is rejected, it’s mean locally generated revenue is not effect to capital expenditure, H3 is rejected, it’s mean genaral allocation fund is not effect to capital expenditure, H4 is accepted, it’s mean specific allocation fund is effect to capital expenditure and H5 is rejected, it’s mean unspent funds at end year is not effect to capital expenditure. The result of F-test, where economic growth, locally generated revenue, genaral allocation fund, specific allocation fund and unspent funds at end year are effect to capital expenditure.
