dc.description.abstract | Agricultural extension workers are government officers tasked with providing guidance, direction, and technical information to farmers in the field, acting as a bridge between the government and farmers, helping to increase productivity and quality of agricultural products with the aim of improving farmer welfare. However, farmers as recipients of extension worker performance services are less satisfied with the results of their work, seen from the level of farmer productivity that has decreased in the last five years, due to several factors suspected to be the cause, namely the lack of human resources/limited number of extension workers, extension workers are less active in carrying out field visits, inadequate facilities and infrastructure/assistance to farmers.
