    Abstract
Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that occurs due to lack of nutritional intake during pregnancy and the first 1,000 days of a child's life. The main factor that contributes to stunting is economic difficulties, because families with low socio-economic status often have difficulty meeting their children's nutritional needs. Stunting is a serious problem that cannot be ignored, because it has a long-term impact on the nation's future. Children who suffer from stunting often experience learning difficulties, height that does not match age standards, and an increased risk of chronic disease, all of which have a negative impact on the social and economic structure. As a result, stunting can lead to increased unemployment rates, social inequality and higher crime rates, emphasizing the importance of addressing this problem holistically. This study aims to evaluate the supplementary feeding program for stunted toddlers at the Simalingkar Perumnas Community Health Center, Medan Tuntungan District, Medan City using qualitative methods. The informant retrieval technique used purposive sampling with a total of 9 informants consisting of 5 main informants, 2 key informants and 2 additional informants. The data collection technique uses interviews with all informants. The research results show that this program is running according to stunting program standards and will continue, there are only a few obstacles that can be overcome so that the stunting rate at the Simalingkar Community Health Center decreases from 13 people to 6 people. The government is very optimistic about continuing to carry out this stunting supplementary food program. Mothers' knowledge about nutrition in stunted toddlers is very good, as can be seen from a deep understanding of children's nutritional needs and the implementation of a balanced and appropriate diet.
