Abstract

Construction of PT Branch Office Building. Jamkrindo in Medan is a strategic step in supporting expanding and strengthening services to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through credit guarantees. PT. Jamkrindo, previously known as Perum PKK and Perum SPU, has transformed into a company that focuses on credit guarantees and has a vision to support the development of MSMEs in Indonesia. This new branch office building will be a representative and classy facility with a design prioritizing quality, comfort, and work efficiency. This planning covers technical and non-technical aspects, including modern architecture, mechanical and electrical systems, and a spatial layout that is responsive to the needs of its users. This project aims to build a strong company image and create a work environment that supports employee productivity and comfort and provides ease in building maintenance. The planning consultant's scope of work includes the preparation of a Detailed Engineering Design (DED), which offers design concepts, technical specifications, budget calculations, and detailed implementation drawings. With careful planning and choosing the right design, the PT office building is hoped to be built. Jamkrindo Medan Branch can significantly contribute to the company's smooth operation and meet the needs of the MSME community while strengthening the company's position as a reliable guarantee service provider in Indonesia.
