dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the performance of transformational leadership and employee engagement in the digital era at PTPN 4 Regional I Medan. This type of research is descriptive using a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 59 respondents who are leaders ranging from first line management to top management at PTPN 4 in Regional 1 Medan. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data were collected through questionnaires consisting of transformational leadership variables, employee engagement, and performance. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression to determine the extent to which transformational leadership variables and employee involvement affect performance. The sampling technique in this research is Purvosive Sampling. The results showed that transformational leadership and employee engagement together had a positive and significant effect on performance. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on performance. On the other hand, employee engagement is also proven to play an important role in improving performance in the digital era, where employee engagement simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on performance. | en_US |
