dc.description.abstractA government organization is required to prioritize the quality of service to the community through increased effectiveness, efficiency, professionalism, and government accountability. In realizing this, both ASN employees and non-ASN employees who have good performance are needed. For a government agency, both local and central, the existence of non-ASN employees has an important contribution in organizing government functions. Without non-ASN employees, it is certain that the implementation of government functions will be paralyzed or at least disrupted. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work environment, self-efficacy, and work discipline on the performance of Non-ASN employees of the Langkat Regency Education Office. This research is associative research, which is research that combines two or more variables to see the effect of these variables. The population in this study were 44 non-ASN employees of the Langkat District Education Office. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis method. The data is processed statistically with the SPSS for windows program, namely the t test model, f test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the work environment, self-efficacy, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, each of the work environment variables, self-efficacy, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Of the three independent variables, the work discipline is the variable that has the most influence on employee performance.en_US
