A mother's knowledge plays a crucial role in providing stimulation to infants, which can impact their physical, cognitive, and motor development. According to Bloom's theory, knowledge influences a mother's attitudes and behaviors in child-rearing. Research indicates that a mother's educational level and knowledge affect how they provide nutrition, affection, and the frequency of stimulation to their child. Proper stimulation allows for early detection of developmental deviations and understanding of a child's developmental stages. Tummy time is one of the critical stimulations performed to enhance an infant's motor and cognitive development. Based on interviews, many mothers in Desa Lama Hamparan Perak are unaware of the benefits of tummy time, making it essential to identify the relationship between mothers' knowledge of tummy time stimulation and the development of infants aged 0-3 months. This study uses a descriptive quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample size of this study is 50 respondents selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Spearman test. The results show a significant relationship between mothers' knowledge of tummy time stimulation and the development of infants aged 0-3 months. The Spearman test results indicate a p-value of 0.01 (p<0.05). There is a significant relationship between mothers' knowledge of tummy time stimulation and the development of infants aged 0- 3 months in Desa Lama Hamparan Perak.en_US
