    Abstract
The production of polymer concrete has been carried out to observe the effect of adding natural Pahae zeolite and tea waste on the characteristics of polymer concrete using epoxy resin adhesive. The sample preparation began with sieving the zeolite through a 200 mesh (74 μm) sieve and the tea waste and sand through a 100 mesh (149 μm) sieve. The composition used: sand, zeolite, tea waste, and epoxy resin. The varied epoxy resins are (15) grams, (20) grams, and (25) grams. The result of mixing the composition was processed using a hot press machine at a temperature of 90℃ for 30 minutes. The parameters tested are density, porosity, water absorption, flexural strength, compressive strength, tensile strength, morphology, and elemental testing using SEM-EDX. (Scanning Electron Microscope Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy). The research results show that polymer concrete with the addition of tea waste filler and natural zeolite from Pahae can improve the physical properties of polymer concrete. The addition of epoxy resin in polymer concrete results in decreased mechanical properties. The morphological results of the polymer concrete show that the Si and Al elements produced from natural zeolite Pahae are visibly distributed within the polymer concrete.
