    Abstract
This study aims to analyze the connectivity of non-container (liquid bulk) ports in the operational area of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal from a centrality perspective. Social Network Analysis (SNA) is applied to the liquid bulk port network using nodes (ports) and connections between nodes. Several network and node metrics are calculated, including degree centrality, betweenness centrality, and hub and authority, using Gephi, while QGIS is used to visualize shipping routes. This study considers ship traffic and cargo volume between ports. The results indicate that the ports of Belawan, Dumai, Tanjung Priok, Panjang, Tanjung Perak, Teluk Bayur, Sampit, and Kotabaru are recommended as hub ports. These ports have high metric values in terms of traffic and volume, highlighting their critical role in liquid bulk distribution. The analysis shows a positive correlation between the hub index and centrality, although they are not always aligned, indicating that ports with many connections do not necessarily handle large volumes. The low network density suggests that bulk ships often operate between limited production and distribution locations, enhancing volume efficiency. It is recommended to use a Single Terminal Operations System (TOS) for more informative and integrative recording, and to synergize with inaportnet and AIS data for a more comprehensive view of connectivity. Future research should use the latest data and consider a more in-depth analysis of port operational dynamics.
