This study aims to analyze the influence of Talent Management, Corporate Value "AKHLAK" on employee job satisfaction through Servant Leadership at PTPN IV Medan. The sample in this study was all talents totaling 121 people. The sampling technique used purposive and census sampling techniques. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) with SMARTPLS4 software. The results of this study indicate that: Talent Management, Corporate Value "AKHLAK" has a positive and significant effect on servant leadership. Likewise, Talent Management, Corporate Value "AKHLAK" has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Servant Leadership, Talent Management has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. In addition, the results of the study also show that Talent Management, Corporate Value "AKHLAK has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction through servant leadership.
