dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to assess the performance of the INLISLite application at the Library and Archive Office of Deli Serdang using the Pieces framework, which includes Performance, Information and Data, Economy, Control Security, Efficiency, and Service. The existence of libraries plays a strategic role in society as a center of information and a source of knowledge that supports education, research, and community development activities. With the advancement of information technology, libraries now utilize library automation systems, such as TNLTSLite, to improve the efficiency of library services. This research method used a quantitative approach, involving the distribution of questionnaires to 90 library users and 7 librarians. The results show that the Performance aspect was rated 66% (dissatisfied) by library users and 99% (very satisfied) by librarians. In the Information & Data aspect, library users rated it 71 % ( dissatisfied), and librarians rated it 84% (satisfied). The Economy aspect received 87% from library users and 81 % from librarians (satisfied), while the Control & Security aspect was rated 71 % ( dissatisfied) by library users and 76% (moderately satisfied) by librarians. The Efficiency aspect was rated as satisfied by library users (79%) and very satisfied by librarians (89%). Lastly, the Service aspect received satisfaction from both groups, with 77% from library users and 80% from librarians. Tt can be concluded that the analysis of the performance of the TNLISLite application at the Library and Archive Office of Deli Serdang using the application framework shows that the IN LIS Lite application is quite effective. However, improvements in the aspects of Performance, Information & Data, and Control & Security are needed to support more optimal library services.en_US
