    Abstract
    Introduction. Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) is a common gastrointestinal disorder, caused by stomach contents rising into the esophagus, causing various symptoms and complications. The questionnaire was developed as a diagnostic tool that is not as invasive as an endoscope and can be applied to daily clinical practice. Some questionnaires that can be used are the GERDQ and RDQ. Objective. This study aims to analyze the correlation of GERD and RDQ scores in diagnosing GERD in Faculty of Medicine USU students 2021-2023. Method. This research is an analytical research with a cross-sectional approach. In this research, the sampling technique used was total sampling. The subjects of this research were students from the 2021-2023 Faculty of Medicine study program. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires online via Google Forms. The questionnaires used are GERDQ and RDQ. Univariate and bivariate analysis with Spearman test. Results and Discussion. This study involved 186 respondents, with 31 people (16.7%) suffering from GERD based on GERDQ and 64 people (34.4%) suffering from GERD based on RDQ. Analysis of the accuracy of the RDQ score with the GERDQ reference shows that the RDQ has a sensitivity of 77.4%, specificity of 74.2% and accuracy of 74.7%. And the correlation coefficient was found to be 0.319 (p=<0.001). Conclusion. There is a significant positive correlation between GERDQ and RDQ scores in diagnosing GERD.
