dc.description.abstract | The aim of this research is to evaluate various aspects of the performance of lecturers at Al Azhar University Medan in terms of compensation and work environment. The population of this research is all lecturers at Al Azhar University, Medan. The population sample is 54 people and measured by using Slovin Formula. The data analysis technique uses classical assumption test consisting of (normality, heterocedacity, multicolonierity), multiple linear regression test, t test, f test and determination tests using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The results of this research show that 1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Lecturer Performance, 2) The Work Environment has no effect and is not significant on Lecturer Performance, 3) Compensation and Work Environment simultaneously affect Lecturer Performance simultaneously. | en_US |
