Analisis Pengaruh Pengembangan Pariwisata terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan di Kawasan Wisata Bukit Indah Simarjarunjung Desa Parik Sabungan Kecamatan Dolok Pardamean Kabupaten Simalungun

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of tourism development in terms of attractions, accessibility, amenities and ancillary services on tourist satisfaction in the Bukit Indah Simarjarunjung Tourism Area, Simalungun Regency. The method used is a survey method using a Likert model questionnaire which is distributed using the Google Form. The sample selection method used simple random sampling with a total of 116 respondents. This study uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression. Each independent variable (X) is then subjected to a t-test and f-test to the dependent variable (Y). The results show that atraction, accessibility, amenities and ancilary services have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on tourist satisfaction in the Bukit Indah Tourism Area Simarjarunjung, Simalungun Regency. From the results of the dominant test, it was found that tourist attractions were the most influential variable on tourist satisfaction. For this reason, the management must continue to make efforts to innovate so that tourist attractions in the form of natural views, artificial attractions in the form of rides, and photo spots must continue to be managed properly. Convenience, security in carrying out tourism activities at this location must also be further improved. The government must play an active role in continuing to improve road infrastructure to support accessibility to the Bukit Indah Simarjarunjung tourist area. Services at tourist sites still need to be improved. Amenities are the variables that need the most attention to strive for their development. In addition, the local government, especially the Tourism and Culture Office of Simalungun Regency, together with tourism actors, must continue to increase promotion of the Bukit Indah Simarjarunjung tourist area and also other tourist objects around Lake Toba.
