Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Rekam Medis Elektronik pada RSUD Drs. H. Amri Tambunan Berdasarkan Permenkes RI Nomor 24 Tahun 2022

Abstract

This research evaluates the implementation of electronic medical record (EMR) activities at Drs. H. Amri Tambunan Regional Public Hospital, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2022. A quantitative research design with a descriptive approach was employed, wherein data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all EMR staff and direct analysis of EMR activities conducted by the researcher. The research instrument utilized a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. Data were presented using percentage calculations and displayed in tabular form. The findings reveal that the majority of EMR activities, such as patient registration, data processing, and the storage of medical records, align with the standards outlined in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2022, with most respondents indicating strong agreement. These results were further corroborated by the researcher’s direct evaluation of EMR processes. However, several aspects in the distribution and transfer of electronic medical record contents do not meet the required standards, with some respondents expressing dissatisfaction. The study concludes that, while the overall implementation of the EMR system is generally satisfactory, targeted improvements are necessary in certain areas to enhance the system’s efficiency and accuracy at Drs. H. Amri Tambunan Regional Public Hospital.
