This study aims to map the mental health conditions of adolescents in Belawan Sicanang Subdistrict as a preventive measure for adolescent mental health. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection was conducted using the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) instrument on adolescents. The data were collected from August to November 2024, involving 150 adolescent respondents aged 10–18 years (53% male and 47% female). The results of the mental health status assessment of adolescents in Belawan Sicanang Subdistrict indicate a "Close to Average" condition across all subscales. The risk of mental health problems falls into the very low to moderate categories. However, some issues were identified, including a "Very High" level of difficulties in the Peer Relationship Problems subscale (35.44% male, 40.85% female). Nonetheless, 71.33% of respondents (68.35% male, 74.65% female) demonstrated a "Close to Average" level of Prosocial Behavior. This overview can serve as a basis for developing programs aimed at enhancing social cohesiveness among adolescents in Belawan Sicanang Subdistrict. Therefore, programs that facilitate the development of adolescent mental health, particularly concerning peer relationship issues, are essential.en_US
