Pengaruh Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Piutang, Perputaran Persediaan dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan terhadap Profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Food and Beverages yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2022

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of cash turnover, receivables turnover, inventory turnover, and sales growth on profitability in food and beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. This research is associative in nature with a quantitative approach using a purposive sampling method. The population in this research is food and beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period, namely 48 c ompanies. Based on the sample determination criteria, the sample in this study was 42 companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression on panel data with the help of Eviews. The results of this research show that cash turnover and receivables turnover has a negative and no significant effect, inventory turnover has a positive and significant effect, and sales growth has a positive and significant effect on profitability in food and beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. It is recommended for companies to further increase sales growth in order to increase the profitability of companies in the food and beverage subsector for the 2018-2022 period.
