dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the effect of Work-Life Balance, Interpersonal Communication, and Self-Efficacy Towards Work Satisfaction of Female Teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Pangururan Kabupaten Samosir. This research is an associative researched using quantitative data types. The research sample is 32 respondents with saturated sample method. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study is show that partially and simultaneously Work Life Balance, Interpersonal Communication and Self Efficacy have a positive and significant effect on Work Satisfaction. In addition, the dominant variable is the Work-Life Balance. | en_US |
