dc.description.abstractThis study aims to describe or illustrate the level of anxiety and locus of control in woman prisoners menjelang release. The sample in this study was 30 woman prisoners approaching release who were taken using the saturated sampling method. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. Data collection used a Likert scale with two measuring instruments. Anxiety was measured using the Taylor Manifest Anxiety Scale (TMAS) while Locus of Control was measured using the Internality, Powerful Other, and Chance Scale (IPC). The results of this study illustrate that woman prisoners approaching release tend to have an external locus of control and experience moderate anxiety.en_US
