Water is a vital necessity for humans to meet daily needs. As the population continues to grow, the demand for water also increases. This has a significant impact on water availability, both now and in the future. Water availability is calculated by determining the dependable flow using the F.J. Mock method. Meanwhile, water demand is assessed based on the population over the next 10 years. From the analysis conducted in the Kuala Tanjung Industrial Area and its surroundings, the dependable flow of water availability in Batu Bara Regency is 15,22 m³/s. The projected demand for clean water in 2033 is estimated to be 2,02 m³/s, so this production rate can meet the clean water needs for the next 10 years. The water balance is the difference between water demand and availability. The water balance in Batu Bara Regency shows a surplus of 13,2 m³/s.en_US
